Terms of Service

By accessing and using PDF Conversion Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

PDF Conversion Pro provides online document conversion services, including but not limited to:

• PDF to Word: Convert PDF documents to editable Microsoft Word (.docx) format
• PDF to Excel: Extract tables and data from PDFs to Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx)
• WEBP to PNG: Convert WEBP images to PNG format
• Future Tools: Additional conversion and document management features may be added

All conversions are processed automatically using advanced algorithms. Conversion quality may vary depending on the source document complexity.

Usage limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused conversions do not roll over to the next period.

You agree to:

• Only upload files that you own or have permission to convert
• Not upload any illegal, copyrighted (without authorization), malicious, or inappropriate content
• Not abuse the Service through excessive automated requests or attempts to circumvent usage limits
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Service
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

• Pay-per-use conversions are charged immediately upon purchase
• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

You retain all rights to files you upload to the Service. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

The Service itself, including all software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks, is owned by PDF Conversion Pro and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or excessive use that affects other users
• Non-payment of fees

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to registered users
• Notice on the website
• Update to the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
3. Small claims court for disputes under the jurisdictional limit

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against PDF Conversion Pro.
