    Subscription Cancellation

    We want you to have complete control over your subscription. You can cancel at any time with no hassle.

    How to Cancel:

    1. Log in to your account
    2. Navigate to your Dashboard
    3. Click "Manage Subscription"
    4. Select "Cancel Subscription"

    What Happens After Cancellation:

    • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
    • You will continue to have access to all features until that date
    • You will not be charged again after the current period ends
    • No cancellation fees or penalties apply
    • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

    Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically qualify you for a refund. Please see our refund policy below for eligibility.

    7-Day Refund Policy

    We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions if the service does not meet your expectations.

    Eligibility for Refund:

    • Request must be made within 7 days of your first subscription payment
    • Applies to first-time subscribers only
    • You must not have significantly exceeded your plan's usage limits
    • Account must not have been suspended or terminated for violations

    How to Request a Refund:

    1. Contact our support team at support@pdfconversionpro.com
    2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
    3. Allow 1-2 business days for review
    4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

    Processing Time:

    Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

    Note: After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

    Pay-Per-Use Conversions

    Pay-per-use conversions are generally non-refundable once the conversion has been completed successfully.

    When Refunds Are Available:

    • Technical failure prevents the conversion from completing
    • Converted file is corrupt or completely unusable due to our error
    • You were charged multiple times for the same conversion due to a system error

    When Refunds Are Not Available:

    • Conversion completed successfully but output quality was not as expected
    • You changed your mind after conversion
    • Source file was corrupted or improperly formatted
    • User error in selecting conversion type or file

    If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact support at support@pdfconversionpro.com with your payment confirmation and explanation.

    Subscription Renewals

    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

    • You will be notified 3 days before renewal
    • The renewal charge will be at the current subscription rate
    • If you cancel before the renewal date, you will not be charged
    • Partial period refunds are not available for renewed subscriptions

    We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date to ensure no charges occur.
